The weight of the preform is 330g, the preform is designed for one-time-use five gallon PET bottles (18.9L PET bottle). cycle time is 90 Sec with general PET screw type of injection molding machine. Recommend to work with 3 stage post cooling system, it will reduce the cycle time significantly.
